Our experience with Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours in Egypt was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately, we faced several issues that made our trip far from enjoyable. 1. Poor Accommodation. RecommendationOne of the most troubling aspects was their recommendation of the Desert Moon Hotel in Giza. This hotel was substandard and did not meet even basic expectations. The facilities were poor, cleanliness was questionable, and the overall condition was far below what one would expect. Shockingly, we were charged rates comparable to a star-rated hotel, which felt completely unjustified. This indicated either a lack of transparency or a deliberate attempt to mislead clients. 2. Inconsistent Services. The inconsistency in their service delivery was another significant concern. While we were promised certain amenities such as lunch and bottled water throughout our excursions, these were inconsistently provided. On multiple occasions, we found ourselves without the essentials that were part of the package we had paid for. This not only caused inconvenience but also left us feeling shortchanged. 3. Unprofessional Behavior Perhaps the most distressing part of our experience was the attitude and behavior of the tour representative. When we raised concerns about the discrepancies and inadequate services, his response was evading and blaming on us informing that those things are not on the list. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he resorted to take care of ourselves , which left us feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed. ConclusionBased on our experience, we strongly advise travelers to be cautious when considering Adi Tours - Nuba Flower Tours. The lack of transparency, poor service consistency, and unacceptable behavior from the representative made this a regrettable experience. We felt deceived and strongly recommend exploring alternative tour operators to ensure a safer, more enjoyable, and hassle-free trip to Egypt.

If additional services were expected beyond what was agreed upon, that was not part of our arrangement. 3. Professionalism: Our team addressed every concern professionally and ensured that your tour went smoothly. Your claim of evasion and neglect is unfounded. In reality, no other tour company would accommodate your extra requests at no charge. Despite this, we went beyond our obligations to ensure you had a great trip. Finally, in response to your request for additional compensation, we offered a one-time resolution of just $100—an unheard-of offer in the industry. If our services were as poor as you claim, you wouldn’t have negotiated for a deal, nor would we have tried to resolve things fairly.
