I wish I could give Egway Tours 0 stars. I booked this experience and no one ended up coming to the hotel to pick us up. I called their direct number twice and no one answered. I then called Marriott Bonvoy (I booked through their app) and had them cancel the experience since I couldn’t get in contact with the tour company. I was able to book the pyramids tour directly at the hotel thankfully! Had this been on our last day in Cairo and couldn’t see the pyramids due to this company I would have been extremely angry. Buyer beware!
May I say that we here at EgyWay Tours are saddened and distressed by the comments left by this individual , Jennifer V. We must apologize, as done yesterday, that she feels this way . However, the facts of this matter need to be mentioned in order to fully and effectively address this in its entirety . They are as follows so bear with me : Our representative was at the hotel to meet the guest and try as he might was unable to locate the customer - she was no where to be found ; there also was no verbal confirmation on her part ; we attempted to contact her by phone - TO NO AVAIL . In our message we offered to remedy the situation, as confusing as it was and again extended our sincerest apology and again TO NO USE . We enacted every thing in our power to fulfill this appointment, which was hampered by her : A) Not being present when we showed up . B) Her inability / refusal to respond to our communications by phone . This reflection upon our business is unwarranted and I might add without merit ! We went the distance for her only to be met with a lack of credible communication on her part and subsequent inequitable negative review . Yet another stone cold fact is that no money was exchanged nor will be accepted from this reservation ! For these reasons , we are compelled to issue this particular response . Our statement stands erect and unwavering ! EgyWay Tours prides itself on professionalism of the highest order . In addition, we sprinkle our services with warmth and humanity - a personal touch unlike any other - all of which is contradicted by this customer . We deeply regret her adverse comments and by virtue of such , We must convey these hard details. Respectfully , Kareem
