The description is not accurate which is why we gave a 3. So a breakdown: The tour says from Tarifa to Tangiers. There is nowhere on the site that says "ferry ticket not included," nor the times to buy the tickets, nor the link, nor the information that you should arrive an hour before departure. A simple phrase that says: Ferry ticket round trip tickets are not included in the price of the tour. Go to this site to buy them (www...) with departure time of 9am and return ticket at 5pm. Your tour guide will be waiting for you in the terminal on the Tangiers side. We will communicate with you a few days prior to the tour in case you want to discuss different times. If this were in the description, it would have made more sense, would have been clear, and we would have avoided 3 days of hassle back and forth. We bought the ferry tickets the night before and arrived at 8:45 and were rushed on board, and we had to stand for the duration of the crossing just to get our passports stamped on the ferry immigration kiosk. Finally, made it to Tangiers where "Fonz" was waiting for us with my name as promised. This is where it got better. Fonz and our driver (comfy SUV) took us all over Tangiers, from the pretty palaces to the older parts, public parks filled with locals, a lot of interesting history and a few stops along the way. Then the camel ride on the beach. AMAZING!!! And much longer than I expected. That was so fun and our camel guide (small extra tip for him) was all smiles and took great pics from our cameras). It was about 2 hours into the tour, after the camels, that we finally got a small bottle of water. That's a long time. The ride back into town was nice and Fonz took us to many great shops of his friends. He was very well known and super friendly with everyone. Then it was lunch. A place where it seemed all the bus tours brought their guests to eat. A nice sample of authentic Moroccan food. Oh, we got no breakfast. So we thought the meal was now part of the trip. NOPE. 20 euros each for the meal which was not included in the price. That knocked the score back down. Fonz was a great guide, the food was good, and the camel ride made it for me. Just very poor description.

Worst tour ever We have taken mini tours with this company, and they have always been very good This felt like a scam and a sales pitch the entire Our tour guide stayed on the phone the entire time of our tour I emailed viator almost 2 weeks ago about this and have yet to get a response from them Barry disappointed all around
We had a fabulous tour with great guides. Omar took great care of us all. From the history of the town to all the fabulous stops. Everything went smoothly from the ferry ride over and back to Spain again. I would recommend this tour !!!

Even though the weather was not good, we visited the places and finished the route, took photos and ate in a restaurant with typical Moroccan food. We just missed a little sun.

My husband and I were accompanied buy our tour guide Mohssine, he was absolutely amazing! He had endless knowledge about Tangier, and his passion for it was infectious. We visited the old medina, visited various souks, cafe’s, walked around the narrow alleyways and had lunch at a beautiful restaurant (Vandalucia). Great food and service and the place was beautiful. Mohssine then arranged a taxi for us to go and visit the Cap Malabata Lighthouse which is close by to the point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic which was very cool. After the we headed to the Hercules Caves, I was able to capture the ‘Map of Africa’ shot from inside the cave which is a beautiful sight, well worth visiting!! I would recommend Mohssine for this tour, he really was fantastic! Gemma & Kevin
The tour guide (Mohsinne) was so friendly and helpful. From the first day that we met him, we felt safe and comfortable with him. He showed us around the beautiful Kasbah in Tangier. He is very knowledgeable about the area and have excellent suggestions for restaurants and shops.
