Food will be served only in 1 of the visited venues, as pubs and breweries usually don't offer food options.
Food tasting includes a variety of different snacks, appetisers and hot dishes. Starters/appetizers include snacks but also hot starters.

In Amsterdam, the rule is that a licensed guide can show a group of 1-15 people. If there are 16-30 people in your group, you will have to pay for the service of 2 licensed guides. If there are 31-45 people in your group, you will have to pay for the service of 3 licensed guides.
