At around 8:00, your private tour guide & licensed driver will pick you up from your hotel, and then start the day with an exploration to Egyptian Museum, where houses a magnificent collection of Pharaonic antiquities, especially the golden treasures of Tut Ankh Amun.
Afterwards you will visit the Old Cairo to see the local wonders like the Hanging Church that was built in the 3rd century and beginning of the 4th century. Also, stop by Abu Sirga Church which is built in Basilica style above the cave in which the Holy Family took refuge, then will walk to see Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Later, you will proceed to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, which is a medieval Islamic fortification in Cairo and has witnessed many important events in Egyptian history. You also will see the Muhammad Ali Mosque stands proudly on the highest point inside the courtyard of the Citadel of Saladin.
Finish this wonderful day trip at the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can have a glimpse of the local life of Cairo and purchase some souvenirs (optional) before being escorted back to your hotel at about 5:00 pm.

This had to be one of the best tours we have ever been on in our many years of travel!!! Asmaa was an energetic, knowledgeable and wonderful expert to take us around the Cairo/Giza area . Her coworker,Haney ,our driver was so personable and an expert driver in a sometimes chaotic traffic situation . Our time with them covered 5 days and it all went without a problem. We always felt safe and in control of the itinerary from day to day. We stayed at the Swiss Inn Golf Resort in the 6th of October area close to Giza. An excellent spot and close to all the major sites. We were two couples and we all felt that we would very highly recommend them if you are planning a trip to this wonderful exciting and mysterious country. Thanks Asmaa and Haney for making a long time dream to visit Egypt an amazing and lifetime lasting memory.
Asmaa was a wonderful guide. A bubbly personality along with ensuring we saw the highlights of the museums, churches, and mosque to understand the history made for a great experience for my family and I. She was very easy going, and made sure we got up front and close to the various items to both take pictures and see the details. She is one of my top 2 favorite guides (had 6) from this trip. During our next trip to Egypt we will make sure to have Asmaa guide us again. The experience was everything we wanted and more
From the hand of Doma everything turned out impeccable!! Not only is he a guide with great knowledge about Egyptology, but he is also a great person, a warm company, always well prepared so that I could get the best out of my stay in Cairo. He organized a fabulous tour for me, with time for everything from taking photos to taking a camel ride through the pyramids! Everything was magical. A great day, 100% recommended. Dona ha sido un excelente guía, nos ha explicado muy bien todo, tiene un gran conocimiento de la historia, sabe explicar muy bien ( y resumir o hacer preguntas inductivas ). Además , domina muy bien el castellano y es sincero. Dona was an excelente guide. He explained us everything quite precise, he knows pretty well the history and interesting facts about Egipto. Also,He is didactic during the explanations. Indeed, he dominates the spanish language as well as he seems to be honest and clear.
We saw so much of Cairo during this day. In the morning, the Citadel mosque, St Mary’s, St George’s and a synagogue in Coptic Cairo followed by lunch in a local fast food place and then shopping in the Khan-el-Khalili market complete with a stop at a coffee shop. We learnt a lot about the city both historical and modern with our wonderful guide Michael and his trusty driver Mr Hassan. The day was such good value and we’d never have managed all this on our own. We delayed the museum to the following day and combined it with a felucca ride that we wanted to do.
