This was true to the description - our name of a paper when we walked out of baggage claim, took our luggage and we walked over to a nice comfy car. Great drive to our hotel, easy! Highly recommend!

Driver was there to pick us up on time and very courteous. However, he seemed disturbed that we had so much luggage. I told him that I had sent an email the day before informing the company of our four large suitcases and two small roller boards. He said that I was supposed to give them two days notice and I told him that I had never received a request like that from the company. Then we had to walk a great deal to where the van was parked, which was definitely large enough for all of our luggage

Great idea having a personal driver meet us at the airport. It took all the stress out of getting to our hotel, especially since we had been traveling since the day before. Our driver was very pleasant and gave us a little tour and explanations as he drove us to the hotel
We had problems with our luggage and we were running behind. Our driver waited for us. Called me on my cell and we got to the hotel. We were so grateful to him for waiting. Great service.
He was very thoughtful and nice. He drives very well and answered all questions we had. He had a very good knowledge of Rome and it’s surroundings.
