Scam company. Requested a refund and they lied that they refunded us. We waited the right amount of business days and never received a refund. They took our money and continued to ignore us. Groupon also supports them
The overall safari experience fell below expectations, primarily attributed to our guide, Waqar, who assumed a more chauffeur-like role rather than providing the expected guidance. Proactivity was lacking as we consistently had to inquire about the next steps. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the loss of two sunglasses, and despite seeking assistance, Waqar's response appeared indifferent. Think twice before booking with this agency.
