Pre-Cruise Private Sightseeing Tour of Rome

Enanuele was recommended to me by a friend. I told Emanuele that I was looking for a private tour of Rome for about 6 to 7 hours for my wife, and three adult sons. We only had a limited amount of time in Rome before we had to journey to the cruise port for our Mediterranean cruise. When my flight was nearly two hours late and my son’s flight was three hours late, Emanuele held our reservation and told us not to worry. He said Joseph would pick us up and assist with our tour of Rome. Joseph picked my wife, two sons and I up at the airport and helped us get settled into our hotel. Joseph then went back to the airport to pick up my son who arrived 90 minutes after the rest of the family. He then gave us the most wonderful tour of Rome up until almost sunset. We wish we had more time to see more of Rome, but Joseph did his very best to make sure that we were able to see the prime attractions. The next day, Emmanuel was able to assist us with a transfer from our hotel at the Rome airport to the cruise port.

This tour was the highlight of our stay in Rome. Seeing the countryside and small towns outside of Rome spectacular.

We had a most enjoyable experience with Emanuella, what a pleasant surprise. He responded promptly to all our requests (we used him on 5 different days) whether it be pickup from FCO, from the Port of Civitavecchia, Rome Signtseeing, swimming in Lake Braccino or a one off trip to Campodemele to see the home from where Mike's Grandparents immigrated to Canada 65 years ago. We needed child seats and they were provided as well as last transfers to Rome Termini. Trip2Rome made our trip an experience the family won't forget. Fabulous day spent in Rome! Emanuele maneuvered the van around the streets with ease. He avoided crowds and dropped us right up to each of the sights which was great for the older ladies. He had great recommendations and was full of information about Rome. The transfer to the cruise port was smooth. I highly recommend this company

Emanuele was outstanding! He maneuvered the can through those small streets without any issues. He adjusted the sites based on the traffic and the closed streets due to a marathon . The places he took us were perfect! Magnificent views and he was able to drop us off very close which was great for the older ladies in the group. His recommendation of where to eat was perfect! He then took us right to the cruise ship without any issues and accommodated a bathroom stop along the way. I can not say enough great things about Emanuele!

If I could give 20 stars out of 5 I would! My family of 12 planned a cruise but wanted to see Rome for a few hours before we boarded. Emanuele was in constant contact through email months before planning the sites based on the time we had. We communicated through WhatsApp as we arrived to meet. He had 2 air conditioned vans waiting for us at the train station. Emanuele and Nikko were the best drivers driving us to the sites and letting us site see on our own. I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you thank you for showing us an amazing time and dropping us off in time to take our cruise at the port!!

Our tour was fantastic! Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and was able to find us the best routes and locations to see all of the attractions of Rome. He displayed a love for his city and explained interesting historical information. He was aware of our limited time constraints due to having to be at our ship for disembarkation and planned our day accordingly. Our van was air conditioned and comfortable. He was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour and wish we had been able to spend more time on the tour. Thank you so much to our tour guide for understanding our needs and meeting our expectations to a high level. The private tour was perfect!!!

Last year during our stay in Rome and before taking our Mediterranean cruise we booked Emanuele's Service which showed us the beauties of the city. He picked us up at our hotel downtown and at the appointed time. His vehicle was new and especially "fresh" being equipped with air conditioning, since in Rome in September it was very hot. It took us for a few hours to walk among the most important and beautiful sites from a tourist point of view. I highly recommend it to those who have to go on a cruise and do not have much time to see everything.
