Piraeus Port (Cruise Terminal) Luxury Private Transfers

I would not use this company again! This will be long… They had sent me a message asking for the pickup time and drop off location. We were on a cruise ship so as soon as I got our disembarkation time and instructions I replied (on the same link they had messaged me) with our ship name, disembarkation time, drop off location and asked them to confirm that this was for 2 adults and 4 pieces of luggage and a guitar. After not receiving a reply for over a day of travel I re-sent the message. Several hours later I received a reply that just apologized for the delay, confirmed they received my message, but did not confirm the vehicle or meeting point. When we were off the ship (earlier than expected) I messaged them again to let them know that we had collected our luggage and were ready when they arrived. We found a place to sit and watched as many drivers came by with signs with other peoples names on them. After about 30 minutes I tried calling the number on the booking and repeatedly got a recording that the number was “unavailable”. After another 10 or 15 minutes we looked back at the booking on the Viator app to see that this now said “Refunded” on the corner. I somehow found a phone number for Viator who apologized but explained there was nothing they could do to get us another ride scheduled. They said the tour operator “Be My Guest” was not answering their phone… They also said that they had emailed me asking for information and I had not replied. Although email service can be delayed when cruising, I rechecked Spam and Junk folders and there was nothing. The only thing I got was the messages that I replied directly to and received a message back that they had received. Did I mention that this stressful, hour long wait for information was in very hot, humid conditions? We were finally able to get a taxi, but when I book a car service I expect them to show up or at least communicate if there is a delay or a problem.

Didn't show, contacted prior fir confirmation. Was confirmed. Noone called to say vehicle wasn't functioning, even no contact when I made contact 30 minutes prior to pick up time. I was notified after calling tour and viator support. Shouldn't even consider. Takes time for granted.

Fantastic service! He arrived early and had a sign with our name on it. Easy to find and was very efficient! Thank you for the great introduction to Athens!

We booked a 3.15 am pick up from Piraeus Port to the airport. We left the ship before 3am and were waiting for our driver. We were the only ones out there and no taxis or limos in sight. Strange feeling!!!! But we had booked with Viator and sure enough our driver pulled in at 3.05am. Oh what a relief. Thanks Viator for another great trip. It is soo important to work with reliable/dependable service providers. We booked altogether 4 tours this time including a day tour. All were on time. Nice clean cars.

Driver was quick to respond until we needed to change our pick up time, then NOTHING. We had to secure other transportation, of course Viator did not refund our funds, which I understand being after the 24hr cancellation period, BUT they did not automatically apply my rewards as they state will happen at check out.

Arrival, driver clearly identified! Very nice car, and quick trip to destination. Driver George, was very personable and engaging!

Fantastic service - our ferry was delayed a couple of times but they tracked the arrival time and were there when the ferry finally arrived an hour and a half later than the scheduled time - we were so grateful for their flexibility and quick response. Thoroughly recommended.

Driver was early to greet us. Good service, will recommend.. Transfer company was responsive to communication confirming the ride. Date of service was Oct 2019. The tool didn't offer the Oct option to choose from the list.
