Really enjoyed it! The Food stops prior to the Pasta class were so great, got a taste of such amazing cheeses, pizza etc. The Pasta class was super fun, and the staff really friendly! I loved that we got to eat both the pasta and sauce that we made, and the wine accompaniment was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thank you for such a great tour!
Dalia was an incredible guide — friendly, passionate, and full of local food knowledge. She made us feel right at home. The chef was amazing, too, teaching us how to make pasta in a warm, private kitchen setting. Fun, authentic, and absolutely delicious!
This small-group experience was the highlight of our trip! The guide and hosts were amazing, making us feel like part of the Roscioli family. We cooked in a private kitchen, learned to make fresh pasta, and enjoyed incredible local food and excellent wine. It felt personal, authentic, and delicious from start to finish. Don’t miss it!
