Excellent class! Made zucchini filled ravioli with a butter and sage sauce as well as pasta with amatricana sauce. We learned so much about making pasta sauces and tiramisu! Highest recommendation. So fun and so knowledgeable.
My wife and I had an excellent time learning how to make pasta with Francesca Romana. She was awesome and had lots of patience with us! I didn't think I could make tiramisu before this class! Will definitely be taking all the tips we learned back home with us!
