We spent 2 days in Paris with this experience and could not ask for more. Our guides, Maryem and Adrien, were wonderful! Both of them were excellent with my kids (9 and 11 years old). They shared the Parisian culture, historical knowledge on landmarks, and taught us how to use the metro with ease. They were flexible with our itinerary and made sure we were able to see our bucket list items. I cannot thank Maryem and Adrien enough for creating a memorable trip for our family. This was well worth the investment.
My husband and I had a private guide for 2 days in Paris. We asked to walk many Paris neighborhoods, to shop and to stop in cafes. She was very knowledgeable and very eager to provide the experience we were looking for. She taught us how to use the Metro. She was very pleasant and we enjoyed our 2 days with her.
My wife and I were given two fantastic all day tours of Paris. The pre planning that was done with Camille was fantastic, she explained potential tour options based on the feedback she received from us. We decided to tour the right bank on day 1 and Montmartre and the left bank on day 2. Alex picked us up promptly, and our tour began, I added a visit to st chapelle to our itinerary and it was accommodated without any problem. We spent a fantastic day exploring the Marais district and all the major sights of the right bank. We stopped to buy some cheese and baguette and enjoyed a bottle of wine for lunch. Later, after the afternoon period of touring we stopped again to enjoy some cafe libations. Alex’s English was excellent and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and grandeur of his city. On day 2 Florent picked us up on time, and we left via metro to the Montmartre area of Paris, then lunch in a great little cafe and on to the Latin quarter. Florent English was excellent and he was very passionate about the history of the city and shared with us many little known treasures that abound throughout the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with both guides and feel that we truly experienced the feeling of being a Parisienne while we toured. Camille also arranged an evening tour of the louvre for us with allowed us to tour the museum and see the main attractions with a very knowledgeable guide Mathew who made the art come alive with his explanations of the various pieces on display. I would highly recommend discover walks for all your touring needs while visiting Paris.

Before traveling to Paris, I booked two photo walking tours with Audrey. The first was a night tour starting near the Louvre. The second was the next morning when we did a walking tour of the Marais. Both tours were a lot of fun and I developed my photography skills in the process. Audrey showed me some interesting places to shoot and challenged me in how I composed each shot. I feel like I made a friend and look forward to doing future tours with Audrey. I highly recommend both of these tours.

We took a private 2-day tour of Paris with Marion and could not have asked for a better tour guide or experience for a first-time trip there. Particularly given how much we wanted to see in a short amount of time, Marion allowed us to relax and enjoy the sites as well as to gain a deeper understanding of what we were seeing. We took along our 8 and 9-year old children and Marion was very patient with them explaining things in a way they could understand. They have a particular interest in art and Marion efficiently guided us through the Louvre and Orsay, as well as through the Montmartre neighborhood where many of the artists lived. This neighborhood around Sacre Coeur was a highlight of the tour. Marion kept us on schedule, but did not sacrifice any of the things we really wanted to see. Liz with Viator did a great job lining out our itinerary and listening to what we wanted to see rather than just giving us a standard list of sites to see. With Marion we were able to overcome the language barrier as well as efficiently traverse the city either by walking or by Metro. We got so comfortable with this that were able to handle the third day of our trip on our own with equal efficiency. We would recommend Marion to anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of Paris, particularly as it relates to the arts. She also introduced us to new French pastries at Maison des Choux, and took to some sites we didn't even know about for great views and photo ops. This tour was a great way to start our stay in Paris.
