This priority access experience provides skip-the-line access to visit the Pantheon, with self-guided tour that you take using an audio guide that you download or access. Even though we were able to set into the Pantheon with no wait, the audio guide through our phone was less than ideal due to internet connectivity issues experienced inside the Pantheon.
Amazing! Easy to meet guide lead us to entrance. Help get audio guide. Absolute amazing experience!!
We were debating whether it was necessary, but after arriving we were glad we did.it saved time and made things easier.
Traveling with kids usually means somebody gets impatient,.getting inside without a long wait definitely helped keep everyone in a good mood
We went there at the time scheduled but the guide said the tickets were sold out. So irresponsible, such a waste of time
I bought the official tickets again myself. I paid for this and regretted it.
Booked this experience for a 5 PM tour on June 5 due to the "guarantee" of getting to "skip the long lines." Met what we thought would be our guide in the advertised piazza. He tells us that the promised "audio tour" is actually the same free audio guide offered to everybody upon entry. Our first "guide" then passes us off to his buddy (without explanation) who leads us to the Pantheon (it's not hard to find) and directs us to go to the front and show the ticket scanners our "pass." That guy immediately scampers away. We go to the front, begin getting yelled at by everyone who have been waiting in the 5 PM queue, and are then told by the scanners that we have no special access and need to go to the end of the very long 5 PM queue. We turn around and our "guide" is gone. I go and chase the "guide" down and he seems surprised before admitting that "well sometimes it works." He assured me he'll "fix it" before he ends up standing in line with us for five minutes before leaving again (he passed us off to yet another person who just stood there while we waited in line). I repeatedly asked what exactly what he had paid extra for and never got an answer. It's a scam. Just buy tickets from the official site online.
First of all we couldn’t easily find the tour guide because he was located in the piazza next to the pantheon - not the actual pantheon piazza. We wasted time trying to figure that out. And once we did, he had no record of our purchase. We had purchased the night before online but they had no record the next morning at 10:00. The company is offering a refund and did apologize and explain the confusion but we wasted an hour trying to figure this out. Instead we waited in the line and purchased the tickets there which was much cheaper and easier!!!!! My recommendation is to get there early and purchase tickets at the door!
We booked the priority tickets and honestly it helped a lot cause the line outside was really long when we got there. Inside felt much less chaotic and we could just enjoy the place without rushing around. We’re usually not into audio guides that much, but this one was actually pretty nice for some history parts.
Fair service We booked our tickets and still had to wait a long time and we asked multiple people and no one helped us
