We ordered a private transfer from the train station as we were travelling with luggage and one of us just had hip replacement and had difficulty walking long distances. The driver told us the train station was too busy and to walk several blocks to meet him. Not why we ordered a private car!!

We would, however, like to clarify that the meeting point near Burger King was selected solely for your comfort and convenience. Due to ongoing renovation work and temporary traffic restrictions around the station, a pickup from the official parking area would have required approximately a 15-minute walk. By arranging the meeting point near Burger King, just outside the station, we were able to reduce the walking distance to around 3 minutes. Our intention was to make the transfer as easy and comfortable as possible, especially for guests travelling with luggage. 40 minutes late! Driver did keep in contact however I found the delay unacceptable. With the cost of this trip I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, on that day there was a road accident during peak traffic hours, and the main route became temporarily one-way, forcing our driver to take a significant detour. This resulted in an unexpected delay of approximately 25 minutes. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you have booked a private transfer, and we regret the inconvenience caused. Our driver was very helpful getting our heavy suitcases in and out of the car and also help us get them into the hotel. He was prompt and what’s apped me to let me know where he was and what to look for. (Color of car and what he was wearing). Very pleased. Would recommend
