Normandy D-Day Semi-Private Tour from Paris with Hotel Pickup

Description
What Makes This Tour Special This tour is designed with quality, safety, and expertise in mind. Unlike many tours where the driver also acts as the guide, this experience clearly separates roles: your driver focuses solely on safe and comfortable transportation, while your guide is a true local Normandy guide, fully dedicated to storytelling, historical context, and answering your questions. This approach ensures a safer journey, a more relaxed pace, and a higher-quality guiding experience, without fatigue or divided attention. By meeting your guide in Bayeux, you benefit from local expertise rooted in the region, deeper historical insight, and a more authentic perspective on the D-Day landings. Combined with a small semi-private group, seamless logistics, and carefully timed visits, this tour offers a thoughtful, well-balanced, and premium way to discover the Normandy D-Day sites from Paris.

Terrific experience. Minibus was very comfortable. The driver was pleasant and professional, and our tour guide was fantastic-- knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get to the Overlord Museum, however.
Great guide and memorable meaningful history Everyone should remember the veterans and pay tribute bite and respect. These people died for our freedom
Anton was our guide on February 17th. I was unable to walk distances because of a leg problem and when I saw the first stop, I elected to wait in the van. When Anton asked I explained my problem to him. This wonderful guide knew where to obtain a wheel chair at the next two stops! As a result I was able to see the tour. It wouldn't have been possible without his incentive. Thank you Anton, you are a great guide and good driver! It was a wonderful and emotional tour for me. My husband and I were thrilled with Anton's ability to solve my problem. The trip was organized, unhurried and timed so that we could see the flags lowered and hear Taps.
Our driver was punctual, incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our tour. The audiotour, though we had some technical difficulties initially, was just what we needed (as we were two families traveling with children of various ages and various levels of interest and attention). The stops chosen on the tour were just enough for our day-long tour with just enough time at each. The van was comfortable for 8 of us and the driver provided bottled water (and was sure to stop at clean, well-equipped gas stations/convenience stores along the way so that we could stock up on snacks, use the toilet, etc.) The restaurant that we stopped at had very good food (kid friendly, too) at reasonable prices and with excellent service as well. We were thrilled with our tour, knowing that we could truly have spent an entire week in Normandy had we had more time on our trip.
Bonjour, Thank you so much for your message. Our company would be pleased to hear from you again.
Our driver Pascal picked us up at our hotel for a private tour of Normandy beaches and D-day sites. He allowed us as much time as we wanted to explore each area. Well worth the price.

This was by far our favorite day of our entire trip in France. Our driver was very knowledgeable, was able to change our itinerary based on our needs and desires. He went out of his way to make sure our day was a success. I can't say enough positive about this tour.

This was a great experience. We were lucky enough to be there on June 6th and it was such an emotional experience. Our driver for the day was Pascal and he was awesome. The weather didn't really cooperate, but that seemed to add to the atmosphere. If you can make the time during your visit to Paris to do this tour, it is worth it.
