Free pickup is available only from hotels located in Tokyo’s 23 wards. If your hotel is outside Tokyo 23 wards (like Yokohama, Saitama, Narita, or Chiba), an extra charge will apply. Please contact us before booking to confirm the fee. If you’re staying at an Airbnb or guesthouse, please give us the exact address and building name so we can find you easily. If your hotel is hard to access by car, we will contact you and arrange the nearest safe pickup point. Pickup time is usually 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM. We will confirm the exact time one day before your tour. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup time.
