New York Christmas Lights and Dyker Heights Tour

Very organized, Maria Clara and Elvis were amazing tour guide and driver. The houses were great and it was memorable to do this when it started to snow. They also were kind enough to take us to two places that were not in the agenda due to how great the group was in terms of timing and following instructions. It was nice to also learn about the history of Dycker Heights and other things.

The most beautiful Christmas decorations, that I have never seen before!!! Our tour guide was amazing and very profesional, his name is JAy and the driver excellent, This has been the best tour in New York for me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Dyker Heights! A few short Xtra stops were included. Hudson Yards, as well as Dumbo(Brooklyn Bridge & Manhattan skyline) Our tour guide Tonya was sooo sweet & knowledgeable. Highly recommend it to put you into the holiday spirit! 🎄

Jorge was an excellent guide. He explained thoroughly what to expect on the tour and gave some history and relevant information. He was also enthusiastic and entertaining.

Bring your own toilet paper! 4 hours in an old drafty bus with no heat and a “bathroom” with no toilet paper, Kleenex or paper towels and no way to wash your hands. Also no option for using any public restroom for the entire duration of the 4 hours tour. The lights were beautiful but the sidewalks were so crowded it was impossible to take any photos that didn’t include dozens of people in front of each house. Our tour guide was good but there were so many tour guides it was very hard to follow or hear ours when we weren’t on the bus. Definitely skip this activity for any other holiday activities in NYC. We’ve done them all and this was by far our least favorite.

Our confirmation time was different then the time we booked. The pick up location was not accurate. It was suppose to be at a hotel and instead was on next street. The tour guide was very rude, not professional in getting her group together. The overall tour was underwhelming. Not worth the money!!! Our tour guide guided us with a black umbrella which was very hard to see at night. Did not give us enough time. While we were looking she kept walking and we lost her many times. We did the tour on our own. Others, from the bus tour were complaining they were lost too. We managed to find our way back and meet up with them. It was all a big panik. A big rush to take us back to the city. Some of her facts during the tour were not correct. Please dont waste your money for this tour. Not worth it.

Great value for the cost! Very crowded but still beautiful. Manhattan skyline was amazing. Good for kids.

I'm surprised that TripAdvisor is advertising this and it is an elaborate scam. My family of five showed up in the said meeting place and nobody showed up. We have phone records of when and how many times we've called and no one answered. They'll pretend that they have someone waiting for you and they don't! We got scammed..please stay away. We need to report this scammers.

Loved the guide so knowledge and personable! Very fun to listen about facts of the city. Would do tour again.

We had an amazing experience even tho it rained the whole time it was worth ever second our guide George ( not his name but said its what it is in English lol) was absolutely awsome so friendly knew absolutely everything to know about everything I was o impressed he was funny too made us laugh ..... the driver was also very welcoming and friendly the tour itself was great saw lots and took lots of photos.....would definitely recommend 😀 thankyou
