Captain Ernie was a great guide. We learned a lot of interesting things about local history, culture, alligators and swamp vegetation on the tour. We really enjoyed it.
This tour was great and Captain Ernie was the best. He was educational, funny and your could tell that he loved his job and the swamp. The tour was well worth the money and the time. I would definitely go on this tour again. Lots of alligators.
Captain Ernie was fantastic. Raised on the swamp and knew every detail about it. It rained and stormed before we left out and I was hesitant to take family out but he knew we’d be fine and we saw plenty of gators. Some people say this is not an actual swamp tour more of river tour/bayou tour. Makes no difference saw probably 40 alligators and that’s what we were looking for. Great trip
What a fun tour we got to hold a baby gator and the tour guide duey was the best made the trip even better.
Our captain was awesome! He was entertaining and informative! We had a fantastic time and got a ton of great pictures. I highly recommend this tour!
The experience was wonderful. Our driver Mr.Bebop was wonderful. He was fun and very knowledgeable.!
It was an amazing adventure. My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary while we were visiting our family in Baton Rouge and wanted to do something fun. We had a blast!
Went with my family and a best friend and we all came away raving about the tour. It had a good share of fun moments seeing the gators swim up and the beautiful swampland but the person that really MADE the tour for us was Captain Ernie. He was so knowledgeable, funny, and personable and you could truly feel his care for his home and the ecosystem of the swamp so deeply. He is a conservation educator by way of pontoon boat captain and i hope his work of planting those seeds via these tours mean his grandbabies grow up getting to enjoy the same swamp his family has for so many years!
A must do it was so relaxing and knowledgeable didn’t want to leave the boat
Captain Scott and Derek were great and informative guides
