This was probably one of our favorite activities this entire trip. So much information, so many great exhibits, we absolutely loved this
Dear Kirsten B, Thanks for your feedback, we are glad you had a nice time and enjoyed your visit.
It was amazing experience visiting Army Museum in Paris! I booked audio tour. It was value for money. Audio guide is easy to use, and I had already downloaded it. Highly recommend for anyone interested in history!
Wonderful museum, but worst audio guide ever. Connection kept failing, and how it was organized was almost impossible to understand how to connect the correct audio to the correct spot in the exhibit. Which was a shame, because if you were lucky enough to do so, the actual audio was wonderful. It was the CONNECTION process that was horrible. After four visits to the desk where the audio was checked out, we finally just gave up and left. A shame.
Dear guest thanks for your feedback, we are glad you had an easy access to the museu, we are sorry about the audio experience we will check and get this fixed immediately.
Museum much bigger than expected so allow plenty of time to look around. It can be very busy but because of the size of museum it’s not a problem. Lots of stairs to climb so may be an issue for people with mobility issues. A must visit is the dome, it’s magnificent & World War areas are very poignant. Cafe closed during our visit & small vendor quite expensive. Only 1 toilet & 1 accessible toilet for whole museum, so be prepared to queue.
