Guests can choose from 2 different tasting menus, with authentic flavors of local tradition and perfectly matched wines. Choose Menu "Sofia" with 3 glasses : Sea platter (Smoked salmon, smoked tuna, smoked bream served with toast, basil butter, lumpfish eggs, basil mayo and hot sauce) paired with a glass of wine. Seafood parmesan (eggplant parmesan with sea bream, béchamel and pistachio) paired with Prosecco. First course of Ravioli cream and Salmon, paired with a glass of Falanghina. Choose Menu "Vesuvius" with 3 glasses : Chopping board with black angus ham, beef tartare with carrots and chopped almonds, dried meat with spicy mayo and toast with basil butter, paired with Primitivo.
