Your adventure begins at the Chureito Pagoda, a lovely five-story tower on a hill. This spot has one of the best views in Japan, with Mount Fuji behind it. Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, a quiet place surrounded by tall cedar trees. This old shrine has been important for many years. The peaceful forest and traditional buildings make it feel like you’ve gone back in time.
