It was a nice experience to be able to cook at home with the family
Great cooking class with Inas. She checked in beforehand to see what we wanted to cook, which made the experience feel tailored to us. Upon arrival we were welcomed into her home and also met her mother, which added to the authentic local feel. Inas was organized, clear in her instructions, and kept things moving while still making it hands-on and enjoyable. We prepared mint tea, harira soup, lamb tagine, and a vegetable salad—all of which turned out excellent. Overall, the class was a well-run, authentic experience with great food and a welcoming host.
Cooking in Casablanca was a success! Inaz was a wonderful host and chef! We enjoyed meeting her parents and learning about Morocco as well as food! We prepared lamb tagine with prunes and almonds and a delicious salad! Will definitely try making! A very enjoyable experience !
Private cooking class absolutely perfect! The teacher is a teacher and very attentive. The explanations are clear, the atmosphere is warm and you learn a lot while having a great time. I highly recommend!
This was a wonderful experience with Inas. The food we learned how to cook was so tasty. She is gracious and welcomed us into her family home. Can’t wait to try what we learned when we get home.
Wonderful cooking lesson &delicious lunch with a lovely young teacher We learnt much about Moroccan culture through its food.

This was the Best part of our stay in. Casablanca. From the warm welcome from all the family members to the wonderful experience of cooking our own marocan meal, everything was perfect!
Inas was an outstanding hostess, and she was a wonderful "cooking instructor". She welcomed us into her home and immediately we felt as if we'd known her for years. All our questions about food, cooking and Morocco in general were answered with great detail. It's a "hands on" class with lots of participation and instructions. Once we cooked the meal we all sat around her table and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. She sent us all the recipes from out lunch along with a few others. The time we spent with Inas was the highlight of our time in Casablanca. We highly recommend this excursion; you won't go wrong.
We had a fun fabulous evening with Ina and her parents. We loved the hands on class where we made very delicious lamb tangine with prunes and almonds along with a Moroccan salad. Inas treated us to a traditional mint tea ceremony as well with yummy sweets. Then she served the outstanding meal to us in their beautiful living room that her mom decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. Inas taught us so much about Moroccan every-day life and culture too. This was an outstanding experience we will always remember. Highly recommend it!
Beautiful culinary and human experience with Inas who welcomed us as members of his proposed family. On the menu, Moroccan salad, lamb tagine and vegetables and the preparation of the famous Moroccan bread.
Inas was lovely and it was a very authentic experience in a local home. The tangine was the best I had tasted in two weeks of travel.
I had a private cooking experience with Inas. She was an amazing teacher and hostess as we made Tagine chicken with raisins, prunes and roasted almonds as well as a traditional Moroccan salad. She encouraged me to do most of the cooking, with her oversight of course. While the main dish was cooking, we enjoyed traditional Moroccan mint tea along with sweets typical of Morocco. The main meal was served in her beautiful living room with amazing decorations and gorgeous traditional plates. Inas was engaging, energetic, and funny. It was the perfect Moroccan cooking experience. I would definitely choose this activity with Inas again.
Inas was an amazing host and chef! She provided detailed information in advance about where to meet and what was on the menu for dinner. I was able to easily follow the directions provided to arrive at the meeting point. We cooked a delicious couscous dinner with salad and mint tea. Inas was very welcoming and I definitely recommend this event for anyone looking to have a Moroccan cooking experience.
Inas and her family were great hosts. She was very communicative and made sure we knew where we were going (it was the first day of our trip). Even though I consider myself an experienced cook, I learned several tips and tricks and new ways of preparing the meat and vegetables for our meal. She welcomed us with tea and cookies and made us feel right at home with her. I recommend this outing to anyone interested in seeing how the real Morocco lives and cooks.
This event was the highlight of our time in Casablanca. Inas is an absolute delight and was an incredible host. We felt so welcomed and comfortable in her home. My niece is a huge "foodie" and was not disappointed. We made the lamb tagine with vegetables. It was delicious. I ate way too much. The mint tea was a hit and we had fun learning how to pour it. This truly is a must to learn about the Moroccan culture.
Excellent experience with preparing a R’Fissa. It’s hard work but the result was worth it! Thanks to Inas for teaching me how to do it and for the delicious lunch!
Inas did a great job of helping us prepare a delicious traditional Moroccan meal in her home. The meal consisted of two Tagines, salad, treats and tea.
Inas' cooking class is great! Stop right now and book it. I'll wait... Okay, now details: First, the food was terrific and fun to prepare. Under Inas' instruction, we made two different tagines, Moroccan salad and tea. Heavenly bread and yummy sweet cakes accompanied our meal. We saw a cool video of the myriad local ingredients Inas acquired from the local markets down the street. This was a fascinating, fun and exceptionally tasty way to experience life in Casablanca. Really worth it. You signed up, right?
Inas was very good at responding to messages. She asked us what we wanted to learn to make and organised the evening around that. The chicken tagine we made was delicious. We learned so much about Morocco and the culture. It was wonderful to meet her and her lovely parents. Very enjoyable evening. Also appreciated the recipes being sent to us afterwards so we can hope to recreate when we arrive home
