Disappointed overall. Lack of communication from the company . I had to message the evening before about time I was being g collected as I had no communication. Guide was lovely and could not fault him. We had no camel riding and my son really was looking forward to this. The dune bashing was great fun but the rubbish in the desert was disgusting. I didnt do the sand boarding because of it. The desert sunrise was amazing though
We had a great morning taking part in the camel riding and sand boarding. Ali Dogar was our tour guide, he ensured we had the best experience and took lots of pictures for us. Would definitely recommend, I will be rebooking on my next visit!

Was a brilliant morning from start to finish. Started with the quad bikes, which was great fun. Followed by the camel ride. We then went dune bashing in the 4x4 and stopped halfway for the sandboarding. Anwar our driver, was so friendly and informative about the trip and also the local culture. Water was offered on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again

I will give a practical overview of our experience: 1. THE BOOKING: we did it at the last minute (4:00am the same day) and we were still put with a group in the afternoon 👍👍 2. The CHAUFFEUR AND THE CAR: great both, Land Cruiser Toyota super new and Ali who is the best 👍👍👍👏 3. The TOUR: met all expectations and what was presented in the package and exceeded them. 4. The FOOD: excellent and abundant, better than expected. 5. After seeing lots of people recommending this company I contacted them to book a 4 hour Safari that included Dune Bashing/Camel Ride/Sand boarding and photos with pick up and drop off at our hotel. The booking process was very smooth with lots of information provided. 1 hour before Pick up our driver Abu Bakkar (Ab) messaged to confirm the pick up time and car model & Registration. From the time he picked us up he was smiling and sharing his knowledge on Dubai and pointing this out along the way. There were optional extras such as Quad biking or driving a Dune buggy we chose this as all 4 could go together this was so much fun we all had a blast the guides were super friendly and more than happy to take photos and videos on your own cameras. We then rode the camel followed by the dune bashing and sandboarding. This was a fantastic morning and a highlight of our trip. Our guide was checking througout ensuring we were all enjoying the experience and provided multiple bottles of water to keep us hydrated. I took my family and we had a blast! We booked the morning 4-hour tour and enjoyed every minute. Ali was very professional and helpful throughout our excursions. My kids really enjoyed the sand boarding and camel ride. For any other families that have young children, and especially neuro-divergent children, know that mine had the best time on this trip.
