Here you’ll learn about the estate’s organic winemaking and its commitment to recovering ancient native grape varieties, including the Red Picapoll, a unique grape reborn in this region. The experience concludes with a tasting of four organic gama alta wines, each reflecting the identity of the land and the character of the estate.
