Great time spent making chocolates filled with praline and ganache. Special mention to Krishna for his kindness, pedagogy and professionalism during this session 😊
Very nice workshop, a chocolatier who answered all our questions with patience and professionalism A very pleasant welcome. Successful chocolates that met with great success. I think I am able to renew the experience alone at home after and workshop. Merci khrisna. Françoise
Merci Françoise pour ce très gentil retour, nous avons transmis vos compliments à Krishna :)
I recently attended a chocolate-making class led by Krishna, and it was an extraordinary experience! Krishna is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable teacher, and his passion for chocolate-making truly shines through. The class was conducted in French, but the English translation provided was incredibly helpful since I don’t speak French. Krishna was very patient, ensuring that everyone understood each step of the process. His explanations were clear, and he created a hospitable and welcoming environment that put everyone at ease. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and playful, making the experience both fun and educational. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in the art of chocolate-making!
Excellent workshop, tips and technique at the top. Answers to all questions. Kindness and professionalism. Product quality. To do absolutely when you want to perfect your chocolate work. Loved it 💖
A good activity that can be done at home 🥰 accompanied by a discovery of classic chocolates but surprising by the association of tastes.
We are a couple visiting Paris. For the last day of the trip we booked the "Technical Chocolate Making Workshop in Paris" through the Viator website. We were quite excited to learn new techniques to work with chocolate. We expected a 1.5-hour workshop in which we would learn how to temper chocolate (including practical work and new techniques) and create pralines and ganaches using molds (as shown in the workshop pictures on the Viator website). In reality, the workshop lasted for only an hour, during which we made a simple praline and nothing except form balls by hand (from a mass the instructor made in front of us) dip them in chocolate and a coating of our choice. It felt like it was planned for kids, in fact - the instructor was surprised we took the workshop as per her quote "it is usually done by families with kids". The posting completely misled us into believing we would do something other than what we did, there was nothing technical or interesting about it and if we had known that would be the nature of the workshop we would have never booked it to begin with. A total waste of time and money. Just to be clear, the staff who held the workshop were very nice and attentive and we have zero complaints about them personally.
We had a really great time in this interactive chocolate making workshop with lovey Jaqueline followed by a tasting of delicious chocolate. We came away with plenty of our own gorgeous and tasty praline creations too.
And I had a great time with YOU! Thank you so much for including me on your holiday :)
The class was very interactive & fun - exactly what we were looking for! Jacqueline was an excellent instructor, giving us easy to follow instructions & explaining as much as we wanted to know about the process itself as well as her background. Would highly recommend this class to everyone!
The workshop was fine, but there was nothing technical about it. The chocolate was already tempered and the teacher was quite distracted. Also there was little space. For 6 it’s been already quite crowded.
Hello Paulina, I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience in our workshop! Usually classes of six people are fun and dynamic and there is a lot to learn. I will certainly follow up with our chocolatier to be sure this doesn't happen again. If ever you are back in Paris, please don't hesitate to stop by for a complementary chocolate tasting! If I am in the boutique, I would be happy to answer any of your technical questions remaining.
The class was so much fun. The group of classmates was fun as well. I was impressed how you recycle chocolate. Lisa was so good as a teacher but she went that extra mile getting us in a class before we left Paris.
Thank you Nancy, the pleasure was all ours! I was very happy to have you in the class. Have a safe trip home, and see you next time!
