Very bad experience. We booked (and prepaid) for customized tour but we were very disappointed with how it was handled: 1) no one picked us up at the airport despite this being included in our package 2) no prior advise on tour pick up time per day 3) when they finally advised pick up time, they were an hour and half LATE so we ended up paying for entrance tickets which is supposedly included in our package. I requested for refund but no reply until now 4) very bad customer service response on our complains despite poor handling of our tour Do not book with them. Waste of time and money

It was a straight forward to book this experience online it’s pick up and drop off service. I would recommend this
They make you wait for hours and keep changing driver details. Rather opt for another company or ehailing. Instead of over booking during busy periods they prefer to blame miscommunication or better yet the customer for supposedly changing times (which never happend).

Had to buy tickets on arrival as tickets through Viator didn’t scan. Garden was amazing in itself though
The view was amazing. Staffs are accomodating. I would recommend to go there early morning or later in the afternoon so it won't t be scorching hot.

The garden on the whole is an amazing place, with incredible flower arrangements. The ambience is quite welcoming. The refreshments are an added attraction especially during warmer days. In spite of the rains and flooding that happened in Dubai few days before we visited the garden, the garden was surprisingly well managed, except for unavoidable damages, which is understandable. Santosh Kadam of Rayna tours did the my tour activities for me and my family.

Visited the Miracle Garden and Butterly House, Was driven door to door with flexible pick and drop off times. Driver was very knowledgable.

It's not the biggest flower park, as they say (Matria, in Santo Antônio de Paula/RS, is larger in size), but in terms of number of flowers it could be. It only operates part of the year and the flowers are limited in terms of diversity, but very well crafted in arrangements, figures and scenes. Beautiful place, easy to get around, with food facilities and tourist services (photography and use of scenery). Allow at least 2 to 3 hours for the tour. If you leave, you will not be able to return the same day. Free parking. The negative point is that there is no Wi-Fi available to visitors.

An interesting place with lots of flowers and other plants. It was a bit touristy with fast food and some carnival games along the outer ring. Nothing too special, but it was nice to see so many flowers in the desert. I took the #105 bus from the Mall of the Emirates which was very crowded on the way back -- I had to stand. This is a good attraction if you have spare time, but is not a must see.
