Here's an honest appraisal for the tour, so no-one is disappointed: ✔ Suitable for halal, no pork and pescatarian diets ✘ Unsuitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, and gluten and lactose intolerance as the number of tastings would be very limited. The evening begins at the city's famous seafood market, where you’ll sample freshly shucked Moroccan oysters and rich, buttery sea urchins. Along the way, you’ll also stop for babbouche snails simmered in an aromatic herb broth, followed by traditional Moroccan pastries including honeyed chebakia and nutty fekkas. Our nightly food feast is a introduction to the real Casablancan cuisine.
