It was a beautiful evening. I was there with a group of friends. A spectacular location, welcoming and refined, from the terrace a breathtaking view overlooking St. Peter's Basilica. An excellent 6chef, nice and very friendly, who taught us to make fresh fettuccine (never thought I'd try my hand at it and especially... to fiusci), the sauce all'amatriciana, saltimbocca alla romana.
