The flight is tracked in case of both early arrivals and delays. From the moment of landing, there is a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes. The driver 40 minutes late and was unaware of where to drop off cruise passengers. He was very cordial, however.

I remind you that, in the various emails I wrote to you because I had noticed that your flight landed 1 hour before the pick up time you asked for, I asked if you wanted to bring the time forward. as per the email written by you, you said to leave the pick up at 14.00, because in this way you had time to take your luggage. At 1pm you called me once at the airport to say you wanted the driver at 1pm. I explained to you that having scheduled services for each driver, I said that as soon as the driver freed itself from the previous service, the driver would run to you. We cannot change programs with minimal notice out of respect for all our customers. This is the reason why our driver arrived on time as scheduled and not late. we tried our best to accommodate your sudden change of plans. My best regards Patricia
