I paid and wasn't able to use the service. I placed an order for one bag and had a Jacket on me. I needed to keep the jacket together with my bag but it wasn't possible. The point is that the staff didn't even try to help. I offered to pay extra for my jacket, but still no solution. I tried the app support, they took for ever to reply. Meanwhile, the staff asked me to leave the place, so I took my bag back and I'm still trying a refund but no success with that

Horrible!!! They are not lockers, but a bar that left the luggage "to store later." Nothing guarantees that they will take care of them!!! Do not use this app... On top of that, they say they are available 24/7, and it's a lie; no one answers you. A total disaster.

RadicalStorage = big scam. I booked 30 minutes before I showed up, too bad that nr.182 of via Vittorio Emanuele in Rome is only a newly opened shop that does not do luggage storage. Obviously reservations are required on the app, but I don't know can't cancel and there are no contacts. I want my money back... and above all delete non-existent places!! This is a big SCAM.

Hello everyone.. in Rovaniemi - Finland!!️‼️ I stored my two bags using the RADICAL STORAGE app, the store is called WONDERLAPLAND , when I came back to collect my things at 4 Pm the store was closed, at the door it said that they attend every day until 7 pm and if the store was closed, call the numbers they placed there. That's what I did, and nobody wanted to come and deliver our bags. I contacted RADICAL STORAGE and they told me to take my train, not to miss it because they would take care of sending my bags to my address. As I had paid dearly for the Helsinki-bound train, I was confident that they would fulfill what they said about sending me my bags. So far they don't answer me, they don't give me a solution. I made my complaint at a police station in HELSINKI. The manager of RADICAL STORAGE replies to me every two or three days the emails saying that the store says they closed before and I ask for stuffing. Down here I leave the test SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO IN THOSE CASES. I have already left Finland and my bags are unknown.
Lamentamos muchísimo la situación que has vivido. Entendemos perfectamente lo grave y estresante que debió ser quedarte sin tus maletas durante el viaje. Esto no refleja el nivel de servicio que queremos ofrecer. Estamos investigando de inmediato lo ocurrido con este socio y siguiendo el caso para encontrar una solución lo antes posible. Sentimos profundamente los inconvenientes ocasionados y agradecemos que lo hayas compartido.
do not use. arrived at a storage business only to be told they close earlier than the advertised hours on the app, told to contact the help of Radical storage app, given the go around and after multiple picture proof and screenshotted whatsapp messages from the business saying to ask the app to give us a refund, we still have not received a refund. they tried to give us credit and then had a lot of rules and stipulations on how to use that credit (including has to be same country, have to LIVE chat them for the credit to be applied to a booking) and are still out 40$. ended up dragging our luggage on a tour through the streets for 1 hour.
BOOK, PAY, ... AND LUGGAGE STORAGE DOES NOT EXIST!! I booked online, entered my credit card details, paid, went to the address indicated, and luggage storage does not exist. A deceitful and totally out of control company
