Rude staff

Horrible food, dirty, and poor service!

The food was horrible… poor quality, everything was cold… the lounge was dirty and neglected! The worst VIP lounge I have ever visited in the world! What a disappointment! Even the pasta was overcooked and cold… horrible! Everything was horrible! The drinks were all from a machine like at McDonald's but even worse because they had little carbonation and were not cold or served with ice as expected on a summer day. The air conditioning was not on… even the coffee was from a vending machine… *Not worth the €58 they charged me! I ended up leaving and sitting in a nice restaurant outside where I ate better for less and was served with a smile. The staff at the VIP lounge reception… rude! Very poor service! A young man and a young woman who were extremely grumpy… I should have left as soon as I arrived and not paid! Horrible and disappointing! You eat better at a Chinese buffet than here! Disgusting!

Sadly no alternative 😕

Chaos. Waiting for 20 minutes to be told they are full unless you have less than an hour to fly. Choices of food minimal. Below par in quality of food. Want to charge 12 euros for any alcoholic drinks beer and wine free. Inside the least preferable lounge

Italy just has great food- even in the airport 😊

Nice, big, open space with plenty of seating. Great food and service! Good desserts, cold salad/veggies and hot entree options. Beer and wine are complementary. You have to pay extra for the cocktails. Andree was especially helpful!

Don’t bother

It so happened that I was there when it was peak and the place is an absolute mess. Dirty floors, messy tables and on top of that, awful food

Horrible experience

Not the greatest experience. Food was cold and did not taste good, employees were rude except for the checking counter personnel. There is a lot room for improvement. Avoid if you can, I do not recommend it

Excellent

I chose this lounge to wait for my flight. It was quiet comfortable, and the staff was amazing.. I am a celiac and Frederico went out of his way to provide me with gluten-free food and brought me a cappuccino.

It was very crowded. We...

It was very crowded. We had to wait a little bit to find seating but once we did, it was comfortable and provided us everything we needed to have prior to our departure, including good food and beverage.

Quiet Oasis in Busy Terminal

Comfortable, quiet space. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Decent selection of food and drinks. Additional cost for spirits and premium drinks. Overall, decent value for money.
