Learn the art of street photography in the heart of Montmartre!

Clara was exceptional. I highly recommend this tour! My mom and I were on a mother-daughter trip, and we booked this tour because my mom is very passionate about photography. We only had our iPhones and so going into it, we were a bit unsure about what we could gain from the experience... and oh my.... within 5 minutes, Clara had taught us a few simple, quick, practical, and very artistic ways to enhance our street photography! We were blown away! In a city where there is magic and eye candy at every turn, we left feeling like we could actually capture it with our phones! Clara made it so empowering and fun and easy! It was hands on from the very beginning. My mother and I both learn best when we actually do something ourselves -- as oppose to only observing -- and Clara promoted and taught this way throughout the tour. Clara's skills and passion for photography were immediately obvious so we felt like we were in good hands; and she meet us at our skill level. Her presence is warm and inviting and she navigates the time and the streets with such a flow, we felt so taken care of. Time disappears, it's like she carries you in this creative time capsule. Clearly, we had a great tour. Oh... side note, in case it's helpful, we went at the 5pm tour in the summer and the lighting was simply incredible. My photography outing with Clara was wonderful! First, she is a talented photographer and an excellent teacher. I learned from her many new ways I can use my camera to take better pictures. Second, she has an intimate knowledge of the Montmartre neighborhood and suggests wonderful vantage points for photos. This was my fifth workshop with Clara. She has such a wonderful eye to catch special moments around Paris. I always learn something new regarding composition and come home with frameable photos. She's the best!

Clara is wonderful! I booked this workshop so my husband can hopefully learn to take nice photos of me on holidays! Success! We had a great time and took some great photos! We also learned about the area as we went. Clara is very knowledgeable and patient. We highly recommend her!

Had a great time with Clara exploring Montmartre with my iPhone camera. I had been on similar adventures with my Nikon, but this was the first time I've ever worked with someone using the iPhone. Clara was patient, explaining how to compose shots and working through the iPhone's features. She let me try things on my own before offering suggestions on how the shot might be improved by a change in setup or technique. It was a delightful, educational experience that left me eager to explore more of the city with the camera.

This trip with Clara was honestly fantastic. I am a hobbyist with very minimal technical knowledge so Clara gave me the full “idiots guide to photography”. She has the best manner and teaching style and knows all the coolest, off-the-tourist-track places to compose the very best street scenes. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I had a really enjoyable couple of hours on this street photography experience with Clara. Clara met us at a convenient location in Montmartre and started off the session by asking what it was we were looking to explore in the session and our levels of experience. She then guided us around several wonderful spots around the area and offered a wealth of technical advice and composition guidance as we went about taking photos. My partner and I came away with some brilliant new insight on taking photos and feel more confident with how to go about finding a good shot. Not only this but Clara was extremely good company for the two hours and was a really wonderful guide to Paris! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or this photography experience. We are hoping to bring our cameras when we visit Paris again to continue our studies!
