Tour? What tour!

We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start time and there was nobody there, I contacted Viator and they sent me the local tour operator’s number which was continuously busy. I waited 20 minutes then demanded a refund and was told “maybe”. Normally I don’t have a problem with viator but in Paris I seem to have nothing but problems, including no-shows and cancellations the night before.

The guide never showed up.

The guide never showed up. No advance warning, zero communication at the time of the tour, no apologies afterwards… One star goes to another unrelated guide who kindly explained how to get a refund… Bad business for the tour company

Great tour, if you want to explore this area of Paris do not miss it!

Nika, our guide was exceptional, we visited all the highlights of the Latin Quarter, gave us many explanations but quietly, with a pleasant conversation. Even the walk was balanced and not tiring, everything went smoothly and above all he was very prepared about everything, also providing us with other various information about Paris. We definitely recommend the visit! And the tour operator, even if there were only 2, did not cancel the tour, showing seriousness!
