- This tour is not suitable for guests staying in Bellagio or Varenna. Please consider other options that better match your location.
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good grip are recommended. Flip-flops, open sandals, and smooth-soled shoes are not advised, as piers and boat decks can be wet and slippery. Please also dress according to the weather forecast on the day of your tour — layers are useful, as conditions on the lake can feel cooler and breezier than in town.
- Active boat tour — not suitable for anyone with mobility, balance, cardiovascular, or back issues: you must independently step across a moving 40–60 cm pier-to-boat gap and walk on uneven cobblestone, gravel, and stairs; no wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility aids on board; the captain may refuse boarding on site and refused guests are no-shows with no refund.. The villages around Lake Como are built on steep terrain with uneven, sloped streets—good physical condition is essential. Please do not book if you're not prepared for this.
