Please make sure to enter flight and hotel details and your contact mobile number at the time of booking. Important: call Go Airlink NYC at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your transfer. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center near the baggage claim, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not receive a text or cannot click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arrival terminal and call Go Airlink NYC contact number. The driver will meet you at the Welcome Center - please remain in this area.
