The complex also includes the tomb where Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, the standard-bearer and companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, is buried.

Pierre Loti Hill is a hill overlooking the Golden Horn in the Eyüpsultan district of Istanbul. The hill took its name from the French novelist and orientalist Julien Viaud, who came to Istanbul in 1876 and settled here. We will take ride up the hill by cable car take stunning pictures of Golden Horn and views of Istanbul.

Walking through two continents.
