Istanbul was an exciting venture. We enjoyed the bazaar and visited the town where they weave the rugs. You get a full tour of the facility where the women weave, by hand, the silk rugs. We bought one and they shipped it home to us. We ate at an amazing outdoor restaurant on the water. And don’t forget to visit Athens!
Good afternoon, we really appreciate the time you took to write your review! Thank you for the love!
The most memorable part of this tour was not being able to access it, after trying frantically to do so, messaging "tour guide" through the link provided - twice, with no response, then telephoning the provided telephone number in France for Viator and being told by a Viator representative there that I should go to the "office" at the provided meeting spot. My wife and I spend two hours trying to find this "office" only to learn that it does no exist.
Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that our tour did not meet your expectations. We take all reviews seriously and will use this as an opportunity to improve our services in the future. We've now issued a full refund for you. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us!
This is a must do - a lot of activity in the Hagia Sophia area. Ensure you know the accommodation before you go as some have very bad ratings
Thank you! Glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and hope to see you again in another one of our destinations!
