Every Wednesday and Saturday you can learn how to cook the typical dishes of the island tradition by learning the secrets of grandmothers and cooking seasonal products grown in the land of Ischia.Reading from the old family cookbooks you will learn to cook Ischian. This experience can meet different dietary requirements, to be confirmed directly with the service organizer after booking.You will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, you will taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a good glass of house wine.
