The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.
Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side. I booked the airport transfer from Fatih to Gocken Airport Istanbul The whole experience from enquiring about the prices , booking through the phone to the transfer service was very professional and reassuring. Waiting time was about 15-25 minutes but the driver who took me to my hotel was very cheery and nice, which was great to see after a very long flight. Car was clean and better than expected. Would recommend!

Amazing experience! Took the service from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the European side, and had no hidden fees to worry about. Also dropped my partner's passport in the car, but was able to get it back from the driver with no hassle! Am definitely going to book my return trip with them. Easily beats and the Taxis from the Taxi ranks in price. Also the cars are luxurious and offer free water!
