I waited at the hotel for over an hour that morning but the car didn't come. I had the front desk call me but I couldn't get through.

We had booked this via Viator and had hotel collection pick up at 5am arranged. Despite getting up early on the last day of our honeymoon, the taxi driver did not show. We attempted to make contact via the number on the booking email, but there was no answer. We also emailed the company. Overall, a very disappointing / frustrating experience, would avoid booking with this company at all costs.

We deeply regret that your scheduled pickup did not arrive and that you were unable to reach us at the time. We are currently investigating the issue with our transportation team to ensure this does not happen again.
