SCAM BEWARE!! We booked a tour with someone called Ashwin for a Sunday. And he sent me a payment link and I paid- he said Sunday is fully booked- you can go Monday or Tuesday, both of which are working days and do not suit us. I have been begging for a refund for days, and escalated the case now to the bank to report for fraud, and heading to police soon. Long story short- SCAM!!! Keep you money safe.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life! The ground staff was incredibly professional, and the hospitality was top-notch from start to finish. Watching the sunrise from the hot air balloon was absolutely breathtaking – a magical moment I’ll cherish forever. I booked a very last minute hot Balloon tour with Rayna Tours and Travel. Thanks to the amazing help of Zin, I could join the tour. The Balloon flight at sunrise accompanied with a breakfast afterwards and a quad xperience with a small camel ride made it all worthwhile. Zin was very helpful even after working hours he would reply and help me.

Not only am I displeased with the lack of professionalism by the balloon pilot, during this service I was injured, feared for my life, and was not properly educated on how to be a passenger on this balloon. Multiple people were injured on my flight including whiplash, contusions , abrasions and sprained fingers due to Captain Myron and his lack of control of the balloon. The pilot operated the balloon recklessly without the concern of the passengers on board. Myself and many others were injured when the pilot landed the balloon roughly not once but twice, resulting in me hitting my head. Due to these incidents I received extreme neck pain accompanied by severe headaches proceeding the next 48 hours-not to mention these injuries confined me and my sister to our room, unable to leave, ruining the remaining days on our trip. Management is unorganized and the only person available on site to remedy concerns is a young woman named Emma - and isn’t very helpful with names . The company itself operated with Balloon Flight and lacks proper education protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of its passengers.

Excellent service from Rayna Tours. Had private transfer from our hotel in Abu Dhabi to Dubai desert. Sunrise hot air ballooning was a once in a lifetime amazing experience. Would definitely use Rayna Tours again.
