Excellent afternoon, our guide Mourad accompanied us with kindness. His knowledge of the history of Marrakech was very interesting. On the other hand, the visit to the Majorelle Garden scheduled for the morning and moved to the afternoon is unfortunate because there are too many people.

Horrendous experience please do not book! The weather for us was awful, the heavens were open and the trip would have been ruined. We asked if we could swap to tomorrow and pay extra for gardens and they tried to rob us. £40 was 50% of the trip and they asked for £70 then messed us around and then cancelled and were very rude! I would never recommend this company or trip to anyone: I am very disappointed as I have used Viator for many years and this is the only time I have been let down! Please stay away from this trip

You booked a visit to Majorelle Gardens and the horse-drawn carriage tour, which are time-slot-based activities. Unfortunately, you did not arrive at the agreed pick-up time and refused to be on time and changed your mind because it was running , even all the other participants are joined the tour, which made it impossible to operate the service as scheduled. When you requested to move the visit to the next day, we clearly explained that, according to our policy and the garden’s conditions, a 50% rescheduling fee was required. This was communicated transparently, and a secure payment link was sent. However, you declined to proceed with the payment. As a result, and due to the missed time slot and refusal to confirm the rescheduling fee, the activity had to be cancelled. At no point was there any intention to be rude or unfair; we strictly followed the booking conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. We would also like to highlight that for this tour – Majorelle Gardens and the carriage tour – we always receive positive feedback, and the vast majority of our clients finish the experience happy and satisfied. We regret that this situation affected your experience, but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service.

Really enjoyable visits to Majorelle and Manerva Gardens with our attentive guides. Majorelle was a fascinating experience, very colourful and beautifully laid out and cared for. Manerva more basic, but well worth some time and with fantastic views towards Atlas Mountains. A horse and carriage ride around the area where old meets new Marrakech completed the experience. Highly recommended!

We spent a very nice afternoon: visit to the Menara Gardens, the extraordinary gardens of Majorelle. Then we took a nice carriage ride with our charming guide Osama. Osama does not lack humor and masters his subject. We recommend this tour.
Private tour which taxi arrived on time. Nice comfortable taxi and good driver (Ali) First stop was Majorelle gardens. After queuing 10mins we were denied entrance. Ticket had a time of 9 am and we were there at 3pm. After another 10/15 minutes our guide still couldn’t resolve it. no joy. Had to leave it and plan for tomorrow. Next stop was Manara gardens. What a waste of time. Definitely give this one a miss. Last of the tour was carriage ride for 45mins which was very enjoyable. Instead of a lay in on our last day in Marrakesh, we were picked up at 8.15am to re visit the gardens. Bonus of going early was it wasn’t too busy. The gardens nice and peaceful and worth a visit.

Soufiane was absolutely brilliant, really friendly and informative. The gardens were beautiful, horse and carriage lovely and the stop at the herb shop was an added treat! Probably the best excursion of the holiday as we got to see so much in the one day, thankyou to Sofiane!

Beautiful afternoon with an exceptional guide, he took his time, told us the story of Marrakech, took us to beautiful places in the Carriage and ended up seeing a Spice merchant who knows wonderfully and very nice. This visit left us with a beautiful memory. Thanks again 😊

We lived in the apartments next to the majorelle garden. Very clean area Close to the garden , At the location of the carriages it reeks of horse pee 50m around , poor trade around and for all tourists who go to the garden. Finding a solution is an infection. How do you want to eat at the restaurant on the terrace with this smell. I put 5 stars because the goal is not to lower the rating, they are very nice and the horses are fine they are in good condition. But do what it's really a shame for this beautiful neighborhood.

I was alone during the tour but they did not cancel despite not much joiners. Abdelhak Hadek my driver speaks english very well and is always on time. The experience was fun and the Majorelle Garden was magical ✨

Everything went well with Sofiane. From hotel pick-up to every step of the tour. He gave us a lot of information about the places in Marrakech. And the carriage ride is really great
We were picked up by Tariq after a minor hiccup with the pick up location. He drove us and waited whilst we enjoyed the gardens at ohr leisure, in contact at all times. The Majorelle gardens were amazing and not to missed. The other gardens were dull in comparison and not really worth the stop, so maybe the cyber gardens would have been a better option? However, the carriage ride was a relaxing jaunt around the city and a pleasant way to complete the afternoon. All in all a lovely time spent and very good value - would happily recommend to anyone.
