Fantastic experience! Exactly what I was looking for, a good hamburger in a rock atmosphere. The waiter Giampaolo is in perfect harmony with the context! Definitely worth returning (as always).
Definitely poor compared to my expectations and my previous experiences, both in terms of quality of food and service. Staff was really superficial both in the order phase and is the management of the same, not respecting the arrival period of the various tables, preferring to dispose of smaller tables (we were 14). We had to request on several occasions both the beverage and the glasses. We asked for a glass of wine and cease carried in a glass of water saying that that was a stemless chalice. Regarding the food, my memory was qualitatively top, in this case it was decidedly poor average I don't know what may have happened, but definitely something to be reviewed
I ate really well: tasty dishes, attention to detail and served hot at the right point. The atmosphere is engaging, with great music that helps make the evening even more enjoyable. The service was impeccable: the waiters were courteous, smiling and efficient, always present but never intrusive. Special thanks to Giampaolo, who was our point of reference during the evening and followed us with great professionalism and attention. Overall, a really positive experience, absolutely worth repeating.
Place as always with attention to detail beautiful interiors and perfect Service. This time after dinner ua good beer accompanied by delicious nachos and two sweet apple pie the best ever eaten and the hard rock cake culprit coffee the brownie. Large portions say that two desserts are fine in three as we were. The only flaw as always I find the price a little 'too much else for two sweet nachos and three beers although all abundant 81 euros I find a little' expensive even if maintaining and managing a similar place definitely has high costs in the center of Rome
Great restaurant and bar. Food amazing, cocktails great and such friendly and attentive staff live entertainment as well
We had a good experience in Hard Rock Cafe Europe! We did not have any reservations and we were very lucky to get our table! The good was very nicely presented and most importantly it was very tasty! We had XL cocktail and XL mocktail a d we received our free glasses at the end of our meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely come there again when we next time in Rome
Great staff, so friendly, welcoming and efficient, The food was excellent as always - when going to a Hard Rock Cafe you know what to expect and this delivered as expected! Great evening after a days sightseeing!
Waitress was very hospitable and ambiance was lovely. Excellent location on the main strip, couldn’t complain about anything.
Food was good It was very busy so the service was a little slow but no worries Great experience Toilets were clean.
The biggest waste of money I've spent on my whole trip, $190 ( ultimate gold menu) for a burger and fries, a glass of coke, and a piece of brownie that came out on a saucer not even a plate. The one saving grace was that the server was friendly. I think you need to put the menu list on your things to do list so people know what's on offer
