We had a nice experience with not only the company manager but our tour guide. The night we arrived in Fez, they helped us with our dinner plans and went to a very nice restaurant. They made sure to have someone walk us back to our Riad as the Fez roads are complicated. The next day our guide met us at our Riad and showed us many sites and co-op stores to experience the Medina . I was having a bad day walking since this was mid trip city for us and I was simply tired and hurting and they were very accommodating and pick us up at one entrance to drive us to the other side where the tour began and then picked us up to take us to the Blue gate and and then a view of the Medina from above. We were very happy with the service we received and how friendly the tour staff were . I would recommend them for not only Fez but other cities also .

Yassin was an amazing tour guide — we cannot recommend him enough! He is a true local who was born and raised in the Medina and knows it like the back of his hand. He was patient, generous, and kind with our family group. He went above and beyond to help accommodate us. He helped us get through the Medina on a busy day and showed us all the best spots for leather, textiles, rugs, pottery, and food.
