1. At the time of booking kindly provide your full information to get arrange the pick up accordingly. 2. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby.

- 4 Seater: Nissan Maxima, Lexus or similar (Max. 3 Adults)
- 7 Seater: Toyota Previa, Hyundai H1 or similar (Max. 5 Adults)
- Prices are based on 4 or 8 hours rental and extra hour will be billed on the spot and you must need to pay cash to our driver.
- Extra hour: 20$ per hour for 4 seater and 30$ per hour for 7 seater
- Pick up and drop off from airport is on request basis and subject to availability
- Half day rental to be used only within the Dubai city limits whereas the full day rental can be use to visit other Emirates as well e.g Abu Dhabi, Al Ain
- Luggage: in 4 seater maximum 2 pieces and 7 seater maximum 4 pieces of luggage allowed in order to have comfortable seating
- infant seats are available on request and subject to availability
- No health restrictions

The driver was prompt and helped planning our route to the areas that we were interested. Everything was done properly and arrived at the airport as planned. There was only 1 unplanned stop at a "museum store" that we had to encounter a embroidery salesman, without an opportunity to look at other items, for about 20 minutes. However, we did learn something about the creation of these beautiful pieces and did not consider this as an undesirable experience. Overall, we are happy with the service.
There is nothing guided. It was a driver and a car, and I told him the couple of places we wanted to see. Nothing special and no information either
Hello, sorry for the experience you faced. but upon checking conversation i found the service was provided as contracted. Possible the disappointment was because you were asking for a FREE Portuguese guide against the booked service which is with English based only. Of course it was not included in the paid price. Umar did an amazing job and we really appreciated the high level of service he provided. He kept communication with us at all times and was always ready when we wanted to go somewhere. 5-Star service and highly recommend Umar for any traveler.
Our driver Umar was very reliable, he waited for us before we could exit from the airport. He is very friendly, showed us all we wanted to see, took great photos of us with Dubai’s landmarks as background.
The driver could hardly speak or understand any English! He did have a bad body odour, did not seem that he had a bath! The car was not clean or comfortable. He just drove from one place to another, no guidance at all! Bad experience, not worth all that money.
The driver Hassan was knowledgeable and professional throughout our time. He guided us through what we wanted to do and made some excellent suggestions to some more places.

This is the way to see the major attractions in Dubai. Mohammed, our driver, was fantastic. Knowledgeable and very helpful. We gave him an optimistic and very aggressive list of places we wanted to go and achieved most of them. Mohammed drove us and suggested the best places for out photo ops.
Drive safely in a Toyota car. It was a great drive, with conversations about setting the temperature and introducing ourselves to make our lives more comfortable. I think it's a great way to travel between cities because you can set pick times that fit your schedule better than buses.
I was picked up from my hotel in Abu Dhabi to my hotel in Dubai by Toyota sedan. He was a good man. That was good.
We toured the city with a wonderful guide. Assuud was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We hit all the great landmarks including to the top of Burj Khalifa. He knows some great authentic shopping spots. It was amazing to see a great deal in such a short time. Thank you Assuud.
