It was pretty good tour of two cities. I liked Rabat more than Casablanca. The only thing I would like to put it out there is it is not a completely guided tour, I would say it is more of semi guided tour. The driver was giving explanations whenever he was feeling like and there was a lot of places where he just dropped me and said call me when you are done and I will pick you up and no explanation of what the place is about, so would have appreciated if that was clarified in the tour description, because the descriptaion said it’s a guided tours, which is not. Also the driver was driving too fast in times.

During the tour we looked at two cities. A comfortable Mercedes minivan was chosen for the group of four. This tour should be taken as a sightseeing (installation) tour, showing the main sights. Cities are different, each one interesting in its own way. Rabat impresses with large avenues and park ensembles.

I've tried multiple times to reach the vendor to no avail as to why they denied me a refund, after our port of call was cancelled due to a severe swelling in the port, in fact a mooring line snapped on our ship shortly after trying to dock and we had to leave quickly for safety reasons. As soon as the captain announced this, I sent a text message to the vendor, he called me within 5 minutes, I explained what was happened, and stated we were very disappointed to have to leave. I asked if we would get a refund and the person, answered "of course". Within a few hrs I submitted a request to viator for a refund, and shortly after that, they sent an email stating that after contacting the vendor my request was denied without any reason stated. I checked to see if this was common for cruise ships that cant get into a port due to weather, and the common reply was they do. Im simply looking for an explanation and contacting the vendor 3 times now, and no response, I thought id try a public review. So I'd give this Tour company a 0 for post customer service. Ughhh.

We always aim to provide clear and accurate information, but refund decisions are governed by the booking conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation through Viator, including the 24-hour cancellation policy. We also sincerely apologize if you did not receive timely follow-up responses to your messages. This is not the level of communication we strive to provide, and your feedback is taken seriously to improve our responsiveness. We truly regret that you were unable to experience the tour and understand your disappointment. If you return to Morocco in the future, we would be glad to offer you the experience you originally expected. Thank you for your understanding.
We never went because of severe swelling in the ocean. The ship could not dock and the port would not allow us to dock due to severe ocean conditions.

Wonderful tour! Had a great time seeing/experiencing main places in Rabat & Casablanca in a day. My guider/driver, Mr. Marwan, did a an awesome job and took care of me through tour including taking pics! High recommend the tour if you have less time, but wish had more time to visit Rabat as it is a beautiful city.

Ayoub Kaoui was a great driver/tour guide. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the tour. He was observant and went along with our interest, never once he rushed us. We had the most enjoyable trip with Ayoub Kaoui on our trip to Morocco. His English was phenomenal, was courteous & he was punctual, always waiting for us. This was a private tour for four people. Our driver Ayoub Kaoui, was excellent. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. He took us to all the sights around Casablanca and Rabat. We saw everything we wanted to see and returned to the cruise port in plenty of time. The van we rode in was clean and comfortable, bottled water was included. Very enjoyable tour!

Nice drive/tour from Casablanca to Rabat going through Chellah. The Hassan II mosque in Casablanca and Chellah ruins near Rabat were the highlights. Younes saved the day by replacing a driver who never showed up: very pleasant, flexible and responsive. I highly recommend Younes.

Overall, the tour with youssef mansouri was nice. He was very knowledgeable about the historical background of the city and provided interesting insights, took me to nice places in the city. the tour was very engaging, and he took time to give descriptions and explanations; there was no rush at all. Walid our guide was excellent. We spent a whole day touring casablanca and Rabat. We saw Hassan Ii mosque, panoramic view, Sacred Heart, Pigeon Sqare , and a lo c al Medina. Then on to Rabat where we saw the ancient Roman city, Hassan Tower, and head a recital of the Lotan. In addition we aye at a wonderful beachside Cafe.
