Although the tour guide...

Although the tour guide was excellent , the driver was not knowledgeable and as a result he lost us one hour in driving because of mistakes on the route . Also the company had not made the needed arrangements for the tickets

Operator response

That sounds frustrating. It's important for both the tour guide and the driver to be knowledgeable and make the necessary arrangements. Did you manage to enjoy the rest of the tour despite the setbacks?
