Punctual driver, polite and friendly guide, delicious dinner in a beautiful evening. However on the day of our tour we were advised the sound and light show we had chosen this tour for was not on. We could not cancel or postpone and cannot get a return taxi to Rooftop 7000 compensation.
The logistics was a mess. Pickup should have arrived at 19:30 but at 19:40 no one showed up so I started contacting up to 4 different people that delayed until 20:15. So by the time we arrived to the site we had no table so we had to wait for the last show. We were offered the table farthest from the pyramids so we could not see main projections unless we stood up. Our guide spoke very little English. The show was very nice. The menu was set and very limited compared to what we paid. Overall,… much better to book directly at the inn and get a Uber.
My wife and I really enjoyed this evening and dinner right in front of the pyramids. It was a very unique way to eat dinner and something we’ll always remember!
