Pickup is available from hotels in Cairo or Giza. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your driver or tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp or phone prior to arrival. For locations not directly accessible by vehicle, a nearby meeting point will be arranged in advance.

Hend our tourist guide for the day was very nice and knowledgeable! She speaks good English and Arabic, making sure that my kids and I understand the history of Egypt. Kids enjoyed the trip a lot!
The tour was good overall. Our guide Medo (Mostafa) was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was also caring and took good pictures of everyone. Please note, this tour does not include entrance fees, lunch, or camel rides. Towards the end, you might end up spending more than on a tour that already includes these. During the tour, we were asked to pick a museum to visit from three choices given. The descriptions kind of persuaded us to choose the new museum near the pyramids we were already scheduled to visit in Giza. The guide described the GEM museum as large and beautiful, but didn't mention that it was mostly empty except for the lobby, and that its entrance fee was nearly triple. Remember that we are the ones paying the entrance tickets. The "Bazaar" visit included stops at three different stores: one selling oil, another selling papyrus, and a third with overpriced souvenirs. We felt we spent more time shopping than at the pyramids and the museum. I suggest buying souvenirs at places like the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities or the Citadel in Cairo, where prices are regulated by the government, or outside Cairo when visiting other places.
Kharja Ghazala, I regret my choice. It was really a good choice. The guys came to the Moraya Hotel and waited for me for two hours, respectfully and in great danger. The chef is disciplined, respectful and very professional, as the Egyptians say. The guide, Hadeer bint Ghazala, is in danger I advise anyone in Egypt to book this vacation
