Itinerary
The symbol of culture, architecture and science is the absolute must see. Drive along the historical paths that bring you to Plaka, the Ancient Agora, Thiseio, the Temple of Hephaestus, the temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch.
See the changing of the guards in front of the Parliament House at Constitution square the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier. The center of Athens is full of historical landmarks.
We will also take you to the Kallimarmaron, also known as Panathenian Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games took place in 1896. If you want to enter to the stadium that is the time you will gonna pay. But if you will only take picture there is no charge.
After lunch, Athens Taxi Tour will drive you along the coastal road to Cape Sounio – Temple of Poseidon. Cape Sounio is located at the Southern part of Attica, On top of a very steep rock. The Athenians worshiped Poseidon and Athena even during the Geometric period. Our drive to Cape Sounion has been planned to allow you to admire one of the most scenic drives in Athens. We will drive along the wonderful coastal road seeing some of the most splendid southern suburbs of Athens, also the wonderful beaches of Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni and the small picturesque seaside resorts of Lagonissi, Saronida, and Palaia Fokaia. In a little more than an hour we will arrive at Cape Sounion and the imposing Temple of Poseidon, God of the sea. Overlooking the Aegean Sea and the islands of the Saronic Gulf, one can see 6 islands on a clear day, the Temple of Poseidon is one of the major tourist attractions and picturesque settings in this historical site.
We are not Licensed tour guides, therefore we cannot walk and guide you through any Archaeological site, or Museum, The Greek Law is very strict, and only Licensed Guides can walk and Guide you through the sites. If you want a licensed guide to tour the sites with you I can organize or you can hire one at most of the sites.

How do we meet our driver i.Airport After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, if necessary, you will be directed to the public lounge. There you will see many people waiting for the passengers some of them holding up signs with names on them. Your driver will be there holding a sign with your name or whatever else you choose to be on it. Please make sure that you have my phone number with you and let me know immediately if you think something is not in order, for example, an especially long wait for your luggage, or even missing luggage. The driver will wait for you till 90 minutes after your plane lands. If for some reason you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled or scheduled for a long delay please contact me and let me know of your new flight details. This way you will avoid being charged. ii. Cruise terminals There are two different terminals for cruise ships, Terminal A and Terminal B. Please exit from the gate that your cruise ship has docked. You will meet our driver in the public area just outside the gate, after clearing with customs (if necessary). The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please take special care to verify with the driver that he is from our group. Sometimes, when a surname is common, visitors get mixed up and follow a different driver! Again make sure that you have my phone number with you and let me know immediately if you think something is not in order. iii. Hotels Picking you up from a hotel is usually much easier than from anywhere else. We usually park the car in front of the hotel and meet there. Most of the time Doormen knows us and can direct you to us too. However, some hotels don’t have sufficient parking space at their main entrance and in case the driver does not find you in front of the hotel then he will make a small circle and come back again. This only takes a few minutes. Rest assured that he will be there for you. iv. Ferries When disembarking from the ferry there is usually great commotion. People and cars disembark at the same time. For safety reasons, port authorities do not allow people waiting to approach very near. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at the nearest possible spot. Please take a look around as soon as you get off the ferry.

We had an amazing 2 1/2 day tour with Michael. I would leave him ten stars if I could. Michael greeted us at the cruise ship terminal, and drove us to all the sites in Athens, Corinth, and Cape Sounia. Michael was kind, knowledgeable, and made every effort to give us a wonderful experience. Michael’s experience and local knowledge was outstanding, and was extremely helpful showing us parts of Greece we would have missed. His vehicle was clean, comfortable, and modern. I would certainly use Michael again and will be recommending him to all of our friends.
